    They were excellent!

    Ultimate Events provided all of the tables, chairs, and dinnerware for my wedding. They were great to work with and very flexible with our venue (which was an art museum). They were extremely helpful during the planning process and walked through each item with us to make sure we were avoiding unnecessary expenses.

    Great communication & beautiful product.

    Ultimate Events made my wedding more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Allison provided so many fun and creative ideas that I would have never thought of without her. She worked well and coordinated the decorations/rentals with my florist and caterer to ensure all my details were covered-truly above-and-beyond service. She was easy to work with and always returned my emails quickly. She initiated communication when she thought of details that we had not discussed. She is EXCELLENT at what she does and I could not have planned my wedding without her!!

    Ultimate events was the required decorator for the venue we used (Minnetonka Orchards) and wow am I happy they were! Allison was extremely helpful with picking a layout for chairs and tables in the tent, and understood exactly the kind of look I was going for. They hung chinese lanterns from the tent at the Orchard and they were SO PRETTY that the Orchard owners asked us at the end of the night if they could buy them from us (they thought the lanterns were ours). Table and chair rental seemed reasonable in price, and we weren’t renting china, glassware, or flatware since we had food trucks for dinner. When I called Allison to confirm everything a couple of days before the event, and was panicking about the forecast calling for 90 degree heat, she was able to add two fans to my rental plan for the reception tent without a problem.
    Two things that didn’t work as well for us: One table wasn’t delivered to the correct location, and I wasn’t aware until a few days before that while the delivery crew set up the tables to the specification of the plan Allison and I had made together, the delivery did NOT include placing linens on the tables. My father-in-law had to go to the venue the day of with two helpers to place linens and runners and tie sashes around cocktail tables….not necessarily a problem, but definitely something you should know up front. When he did go, it was very clear which tables had which linens, because the rental plan includes all the sizes and the linens are labeled when delivered.
    Despite this, I would highly recommend Allison and Ultimate Events for anything! They made it really easy to plan and they have great decor options so you can get away without a wedding coordinator if you want to.

    Very helpful

    We worked with Ultimate Events for our wedding at Camrose Hill in Stillwater and had a great experience. We were required by Camrose to use them, and it was really nice that they were so familiar with the space. They were flexible with our plans and provided great advice when we needed it. The ceremony was outside, but we rented a tent for backup and ended up putting the tent up away from the ceremony site where it provided nice shade over the bar area. We rented beautiful place settings, silverware, glasses, and napkins. We ended up using a different company for farm tables, because we felt that their long wooden tables were too rustic, but everything else was great. The staff was helpful with all of the setup and clean up.

    They were easy to work with and very professional.

    Unfortunately, due to the exclusive contract they had with the venue we had our wedding at, we were only allowed to go through them for tables and chairs. They are very expensive and we had to spend way more than we wanted for just table and chairs.
